Message from the REMC President
Before a much deserved winter break, I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU on behalf of the REMC Association. We see your hard work, your dedication and commitment to the students you serve.
We know first hand the long hours you put in and the “above and beyonds” that are just part of the daily routine for Michigan educators. The job is not easy, but you rise to challenge each and every day.
The REMC Association is focused on supporting you! If you haven’t had a chance, check out our Classroom Resources that offer FREE curriculum, lesson plans and activities to build knowledge and teach technology skills. We have some great new resources such as Podcasting for Educators and MITECS and CS Standards Crosswalks. If you are looking to build your skills or strengthen what you already know, check out our Professional Learning opportunities. Again, everything we offer is FREE and SCECHs are available! We have courses each month that you can complete at your own pace from the convenience of your home, or you may want to attend an in-person training or workshop. Don’t miss out, and feel free to share with colleagues and administrators.
