In this Quest, you explored a range of basic troubleshooting techniques and created additional flowcharts. You have completed this Quest when you have:
- Created three graphic organizers.
- Used a graphic organizer to create three troubleshooting flowcharts.
- Followed a systematic approach to solve technology problems.
- Identified when to try different troubleshooting methods for different problems.
- Organized troubleshooting steps into a logical sequence that is helpful.

If you use the Student Portfolio, fill in the slide corresponding to the Quest you just completed. You should already have a copy or download of this portfolio created and saved in your Google Drive or Microsoft files.
Check off this Quest on the 21T4S roadmap if it is used in class.
