Download: To download is the process of transferring data or a file from one computer to another.

Microsoft Word 365 Desktop app: Word 365 desktop app is a more fully featured working version of Word Online that can be installed on your local computing device from your subscription with Microsoft Office.

Microsoft OneDrive: Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud-based storage service that enables users to share, store, sync and access files online.

OneDrive Desktop Folder: Microsoft OneDrive desktop folder is a folder created on a local computer that is synced with your OneDrive account online. 

.PDF file: PDF is short for "Portable Document Format". It is a file format created by Adobe that is able to be opened by almost any computing device and maintains the appearance and content. 

Sync: Sync is where the same files and settings are consistent and updated across all of your devices. With Microsoft OneDrive if you save a file to your local device, you can also access it on your other devices because it is stored online in your OneDrive account and is synchronized between them all.

Upload: Upload is the process of transferring files from the computing device in use to a different one or to your OneDrive space.
